How the matching process works is continued below. From time to time, our blog area (“The Fan’s Journey”) is updated — and the current one is here: Journey to 30, where Site Founder Charles Precht shares the story of visiting all 30 Major League ballparks.
Once a sports match is made, we’ll send an email and invoice to both “matched” parties for an introduction. Each party will be responsible for their share of the matching fee (half of $49.90). We’ll email you an invoice for your share, which is $24.95. From then on, it’s up to you two to communicate, and work to try to get visits planned to each venue for the events of your choice. We will continue to send you matches, as our site is constantly attracting new members. If you have different sports areas (Baseball? Football? Golf?) you would like to explore, let us know that area (sport/city/team) and we will update your profile.
